This is a monthly hire agreement between Market Event Solutions Ltd (trading as m.e.s container storage) and the customer. Please note that these terms and conditions are accepted upon customer registration. By completing sign-up, making payment, and moving your items into m.e.s container storage, you are formally accepting these terms and conditions. If your contact details or address change at any point, you must inform us immediately at admin@marketeventsolutionsltd.com.

What is the contract term and rental period?
Containers are let on a rolling monthly contract. Your rental period begins on the day of payment and runs on a monthly basis, granting you full access to your unit up until 11:00 pm on each monthly anniversary date.

How and when do storage payments work?
All storage hire fees must be paid in advance and received on time every month to maintain continuous access to your unit.

What items are strictly prohibited from being stored?

Customers must not store any of the following

hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful, or explosive goods. tyres, household rubbish on the premises under any circumstances.

Who is liable for stored goods?

All goods are stored entirely at your own risk. We strongly recommend ensuring you have appropriate insurance coverage in place for all items kept in your container.

What are the security and locking rules?

Customers are responsible for securing their unit when entering or leaving. m.e.s storage containers will supply a padlock.we charge a depoist for locks which is return on end of hire. You must also ensure that the main entrance facility gate is locked securely upon leaving the site.

What are the customer responsibilities regarding damage and cleaning?

Customers will be held responsible for any damage caused to the container, as well as any required cleaning when vacating. Any associated repair or cleaning fees will be billed separately.

How do I update my contact details?
You must advise us immediately if any of your contact details, including your home or business address, phone number, or email address change. You can notify us by emailing admin@marketeventsolutionsltd.com.
